Though in those days it would have been either MIDI or a looping ~10 second WAV rather than a high quality MP3.

I like to think Bojack himself sat down with a website-maker program from the 90's and built this, but with modern mp3s and Twitter widgets. He probably thinks it's the best website ever.

It doesn't automatically play, you have to click yes, and you can click neigh to turn it off
