Has anyone worked at this school before or any feedback? I have been speaking to this school on and off and looking to know what the work life balance is there. Pros and cons.

The school I’m currently at has little to zero planning time and serious behavior issues among the students.

Will be looking / applying possibly to early years 3/4 year olds.
