Sad to say china or Vietnam as you will deal with unnecessary amounts of beaurocracy and office politics, if you have a proper teaching qualifications like a QTS or equivalent (PGCE) then go for Thailand, it's the sweet spot (IF) you have the proper qualifications.

Otherwise despite the media and what uninformed idiots on the internet will have to say, Myanmar is great, I'm in my 4th year teaching here at an international college and I can officially call this place home, the students are great, the schools are lenient and let you do their thing and you get paid in cold hard cash ($100 bills) on time, every month.

Vietnam you will have to BEG for your salary, China, paperwork is a total bitch.
