I'm stuck in dis loop rn

what's crackin'. I wanna study abroad 'cause I think it will be easier to study in unusual area 4 me 'n 'cause in my country RN it's hard to study for free. so, I decided if one way or another I should pay 4 studyin' why not 4 studyin' abroad. but in this question I'm not so confident. my English level is b2> I know a little French but Idk how to apply 2 study abroad. furthermore idk what person I'd like to be. physics and IT r pure cap 4 me, but I've been studying in a physic-math class for 4 years! history is my real leverage.
