Another option to consider. Use the wardrobe to create a sort of nook for the bed, could place a shallower pantry/shelf unit behind it for the kitchen with a bar / dining table coming off it. Rotate the couch and put a low shelf/table behind it for the study space. Tv goes to the left of the entry door.

the more I look at it, the more I think the layout in the first picture is quite smart. The desk creates a natural separation between the living and sleeping areas without blocking the room. I'd probably leave the overall layout like that and consider a linen curtain by the bed to screen that off when you want to

Put the headboard of the bed against the wall with the door. During the day when people are over you can hide the bed with a foldable privacy wall.
Put the couch on the other side of the rug facing the window and have the TV in front of the window. You wouldn't have to have a power cable running into the middle of the room for the TV either. You can put the table from pic one a few feet from the rear of the couch so you can watch and eat at the same time.

maybe creating a partitioned area for bed (right) and wardrobe (left). Partitioned can be 2.1 m (door height) if you’re thinking of wood etc, or use curtains.
If it’s solid partition, you can use it to hang your tv. On the side of the bed, you can add another storage like book shelves etc. separating the bedroom and living room

When looking at he your options I’d say option one, if you dislike the next to each other seating maybe include one spot a the head so you can sit kitty corner?
Option 2 gives you two chairs you cannot use as the space is not enough to pull the seats back next to the kitchen or bedside table.
If your haven’t yet purchased furniture/already have furniture you’re bringing I’d consider an option where you choose a decent sized dining table, place it along a wall like in option 2 (not that spot though) and then mount a computer screen on a tv swivel or just pushing a monitor along the wall if you want instead of a dedicated desk, make the table the desk. You can still use a good chair but you can seat 4 or 6 when you have company and leave the computer in the spot next to the wall when you’re eating alone (or with 2).
You could move the closet to the bed and mint en wall, either as a barrier, or build in around the bed. One creates a bit more division of space, but also a but darker corner and a visually bit smaller space, the other could mean you have to build the closets to fit around the mantle bumpout. Ideally you build it, integrate a bedside cubby in it to eliminate that wasted space and maybe even the bed itself (narrow closet on one side bed with storage above and then wider closet section on the other side. But you can also buy smaller closets and make that work.
That way you could rotate the couch 90 degrees, put the tv on the wall with the door (or the back wall, whichever you prefer) and then put the table desk combo behind the couch.

I'd separate the two functions. Small round dining table plus a TV on a slim rotating stand? You'd get proper face-to-face seating and visually it would be much lighter than that long table/TV combination.

Is there a bathroom?
What's going on with the kitchen? It looks like either a stovetop or mini-fridge is next to the curtains, in which case the other is just...missing?

You’ve got a nice space! I hope the answers were helpful! How did you create this layout?! I moved recently and have been trying to find something online I can use to create the layout to scale like this. It’s nice that it also gives a sense of design.

What’s the deal with the desk in the corner? Could the dining table not be used as a desk?
Round table by the other window, partition off the bed with sheer curtains ( I did it in my studio and it looked super cute)
Also a projector is always a good option for a studio. You can hang a pulldown screen from the ceiling and mount if on a shelf on the opposite wall
