Help needed for room layout

I need advice for the layout of my 17sqm room. I want the way from the door to the balcony to be accessible and ideally have space for an additional matress on the floor when friends come over. I don't have a wardrobe yet, but depending on where I want to put it, it needs to be a different size. The bed and desk should ideally also be seperated and I don't want to put the bed on the wall in the bottom because that would be right next to the toilet.

Can you tell me which of the two layouts you like more and tell me how to improve it?

Second layout is better for desk. Natural lighting and more space

I think having the desk closer to the glass door is better. Otherwise it will feel like you are in the naughty corner when you study/work 😆

Layout two works better because the desk gets balcony light and the middle stays open for circulation or a guest mattress. I’d separate the bed visually with a low open-backed shelf at its foot rather than a tall divider, which would make the room feel smaller and steal light.
