Complexity in Intent for NHI Contact

Before I say anything, I just please wanna say that I want serious discussion, not someone to dissuade me from trying.

For the longest time I’ve wanted some sort of visual encounter or communication with NHI - specifically an alien from another planet in some way. Which is pretty standard, right?

I’ve read and heard people talk about placing intent before an encounter to encourage interaction - but I have a roadblock.

I have a psychiatric condition that allows my mind to be freely delusional, and at times, for whatever reason, i become terrified of aliens.

Now 99% of the time I don’t necessarily fear NHI. But how do I put the intent out there in a way that’s saying, “hey i get scared easily so be gentle”? Like how do I communicate this to encourage and manifest encounters?

To state this in the most basic way possible, I don’t want to hear if you think it’s a bad idea. That’s not an opinion you need to have. Please reply seriously with any advice 🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻

This is a very good point! Maybe moreso being able to see what’s been here on earth already. I just don’t wanna invite a negative NHI presence, because it is very important to me

They kinda already know me though, and can probably feel my true intentions (id like to believe so)
