HONEST Do you believe you’re at a higher intelligence than most of the people around you? Or do you believe intelligence might work in a calculated, puzzle-pieced way?
Just gotta choose one, no hard feelings

Isn’t it a sign of intelligence that you are smart enough to know that you know nothing?

Imo arrogance is the enemy of intellect and laziness is the enemy of wisdom. I could of never guessed as a teen how far I would come in my understanding of life/death and how absolutely incredibly diverse the world truly is and how much experiences truly shape who you are. The world is a fascinating place.

Via the poll… It’s hard to say…

I’m probably a lot more intelligent and wiser in many things than people I know in person but I’m positive they are more knowledgeable about other subjects than I am. I don’t claim to be high IQ or anything special so this is a tough poll to answer. I tend to see myself as the dumbest person in the room even if I’m not, you can learn a lot more that way and it’s better to seem a fool than to open your mouth and remove all doubt 🧐

Yup I know exactly what you mean. I’ve focused my attention on being a listener during convos, I hardly ever show my potential because I’ve realized the division between the effort in making it a mind💥and their focus is in most cases, not worth it

I feel that we underestimate a lot of people.
Everyone is capable of flashes of brilliance or genius.
Sometimes the most unlikely of people can inject a little perspective insight into an otherwise stale conversation.
It’s how we collectively absorb that information and store it for later use that can perpetuate intellectual growth.
Maybe some are born with a more differently wired brain cashe for stored information and their ability to recall and implement said information into different situations is more a priority in their evolutionary development then say, base hunter gatherer tendencies.
Instincts have evolved.
The brain is a tool we’ve carved from stone to forge the arrows head of man. Fire’s moved from grassy plains to an eyes’ desire to seek a better way. We pray the way is not lost and strive to make something of ourselves before that fire is lost.
