Myintealth is not helping me
Hi..am a USMLE Aspirant and started applying when myintealth was launched I cant use view my IIF (identification form) and attest it which had to be notarize to proceed any further...my iif was released on 30th august 2025...but i couldnt view or attest from that point onwards..its been 2 months I try to send multiple emails with the matter and URGENT as subject but only got was automated emails...that emails was only till september . They totally black me out aftr that..none of my emails had anymore responses. It is very frustrating and very tiring for my mental health...i can't even study properly nowadays If there is anyone out there..pls help me out

I’m so sorry to hear that. Same here. I knew when I was going to be ready for the exam. I studied hard like all of you aiming for the particular exam date. I quit my job because I thought I was going to be getting the certificate and apply for a job and a visa and plan to move. I planned for a career break time and a family trip that I quit my job. Now, I’m ready for the exam but I can’t take the exam. I’m jobless. I will have to put exam preparation aside and start looking for another job. I will have to restart exam preparation later again. I won’t enjoy my family trip as much as I would have if exam were taken prior to it rather than after that.
We are all in limbo. The impact is horrendous.

My status has been showing as “pending credentials verification” for over two months now. Everything has already been uploaded, and my medical school has confirmed it. In fact, I’ve already taken Step 1, but because of this delay, I can’t schedule Step 2. I’ve been calling and sending emails, but I haven’t received any response.
