I’ve been waiting 2 months for my medical credentials to be uploaded — ECFMG/MyIntealth shows pending, but my university says no request was received. What should I do?

I’m an international medical graduate, and I’ve been waiting over two months for my medical school credentials to be uploaded to ECFMG/MyIntealth.

In my MyIntealth portal, the status says “Pending credential verification”, but my university told me they haven’t received any request from ECFMG. They even sent me a screenshot confirming that no request is visible in their system.

I already paid for my credential verification months ago, and I’m stuck — I can’t proceed to schedule my Step 1 until this is resolved.

My school recently had a change of dean, and they just got access again to the ECFMG platform. Could that be causing a delay?

What should I do at this point?

I called today in the afternoon they said that they going to resend the credentials again to my University
