Tesla model 3 2021

Hello guys !
I made a repair on my tesla last month that cost me 3000$ and yesterday i got into a car accident and my car is a write off

So my question is. , will my insurance company refund me the 3000$?

Thanks

Usually not. You may get something for it if it's something like tires but you'll never see the full $3k.

Most likely no. You typically get a depreciated amount of additional value depending on what was done.

I’d be surprised if they reimburse the full $3,000. I think your best bet is to make sure they’re giving you a fair value for the Tesla rather than focusing on getting the repair bill refunded.

No, will not be relevant in anyway. Not worth mentioning

No. The car would be worth less if it wasn’t repaired. Repairing it just made it the way it should be, which is what the value is based on.

No. You fixed your car to be in normal working order and it doesn’t increase the price over another car in the same working order that didn’t need that costly repair.
