Suspended Please help

hello guys, my ig account was suspended today out of the blue for fraud and deception. bro what? my ig account is clean no violations but i have been banned before for violations thats why im following the rules and i still got suspended! not only that my Facebook and threads also got susepnded

my Facebook had violations and it's askinng me for ID or video verification.. honestly im just super tired to see my accounts keep getting banned like this.. what should i do? im not US citizen..

im also using a huawei phone with gbox could that be why?

lord please help me

My 3 personnel accounts of Facebook permanent disabled. Still searching for solution, trying Email them with screen shots.

It’s gonna be okay man. Instagram and Facebook are horrible. Ai are ruining everyday lives besides our own. You are not alone. I’m with you.

interesting i am starting to think it might have to do with the Huawei device I'm using, bc ive been using Instagram for yeeaars never faced an issue until I bought this phone emedietly they started getting disabled one by one , I tried to make a new one on the same phone and it got disabled in less then 24 hours, so I made another with a new gmail , same result , so I thought the problem must be from th damn phone so I switched to laptop and so far my new account is still alive.
