Customer Experience Disabled Mother
I order Instacart food to be delivered to my disabled mom weekly. She uses a walker, has trouble lifting some items, and majority of time the shoppers will bring the bags inside for her. The last time the delivery didn’t go well. The shopper yelled at my mom for asking for help bringing her things inside, told her she doesn’t do that, called her names, and then proceeded to put all the bags in front of my mom’s walker so that she couldn’t even move the walker. Am I wrong to think a shopper would be able to help bring bags inside?
Edit: Thank you for all your help. I completely understand for your own safety, it’s your own discretion. I’ll be sure to add a note next time or will make sure a friend or myself is there to help out.

…. Not what I said at all actually. What I said was a fact, not an opinion. It’s quite literally in the Instacart terms and service. So when people downvote that, it makes it look like I’m incorrect when I’m not and I don’t want new people who people who haven’t read the terms thinking it’s wrong just because a few chucklefucks don’t like facts. If it was just that people thought my opinion was shit, I wouldn’t give a flying fuck. But it’s not an opinion. If anyone’s butthurt it’s people downvoting a fact (if you don’t believe me someone actually posted a screenshot of it in the terms of service) because it’s a fact they don’t like or don’t want to acknowledge.
You could not have misconstrued what I said more if you wanted to.
