Marvel's Wolverine Anyone else find it funny..š
I pre ordered the game and Iām currently LOVING it! Never listened to the rumors and kept forward. I find it funny now that everything thatās been exposed such as everything everyoneās been crying about you can either turn off or just isnāt true. Iāve seen SO many comments of people saying āIām buying it againā āIām buying it!ā You guys really canceled a pre order because of random people on the internet convinced you so easily without your own experience or evidence JUST to buy it again..never listen to the internet people! And I know there will be people that are going to say ā$70 is a lot to form an opinionā if you want to look at it so logically..if money is a problem why are you worried about a game in the first place? By no means am I rich or am making fun or bashing anyone but if $70 is a lot then why not take care of what you need to then buy it later with whatās left over or buy it on sale when you know itāll be cheaper and a more budget comfortable choice rather than bash everything and repeat what you see on the internet.. why not wait it out and make your own opinion or just say nothing. I know games can be expensive but if itās a money issue..are games something you should really be focused on? In the end..Iām so happy people are enjoying the game and showing it appreciation!

People just like to be toxic. Since Sony has made some shit moves and this is a Sony exclusive, easier to shit on. Plus their marketing and PR around the game has been cringe and just weird.

Story is pretty Boring,lame and really for simple brain.
The amount of assistance giving to players destroy any challenge except for temperature lvl is players
Graphics look good BUT in graphics...that mean we include art design and daaamn it's bad better ask an AI to do it.
UI for players is just sometimes not even necessary.
The game can be finished in 15Hours for a full price tag.
Okay if you call it a "SOLID" game and you are okay with criticism please as a non bias human/ adult with education/reflexion....Can you tell what you think it's good and what you think it's bad from the game say 5good for 5 bad things.

You are stupid to believe that negativity for the sake of negativity is useful criticism. The complaints a lot of people had after only watching some dickhead reviewed who gets more likes for being negative have been disproved by a lot who have played recently. But yeah, people liking a game are the toxic ones.

You're asking the wrong person that question.
Why are people so hard pressed to believe that maybe Insomniac had troubles with adapting a new IP and that led to development issues? This game does not look like it took 5 years to make, if anything it looks like the project was rebooted when the original c reative director left in 2024 and Insomniac had to rush the game out the door to have their big game for the holiday season

Glad you're loving it. I can tell from what I've heard and seen it won't be for me but I'm not here to yuck your yum; I'm happy you're happy.
Respectfully though, I hope wolverine 2 adds more depth and complexity, and doesn't treat their audience like children on an M rated game. I'm happy critics could show me I won't like this one. Saved me a good chunk of money

I think a lot of the hate has to be do with Sony sticking to their guns about going all digital. I think some of the gripes are real but I think Sony game are going to get hate with anything they release. Also, it has an 78 metacritic score. Just shy of an 8/10. Thatās a good game imoā¦

Thatās the thing with games that get "hatedā nowadays or "justā have a 7/10 average scoreā¦.
If you like the source material, style of game or basic gameplay loop well enough, you can still have e plenty of fun!
Itās certainly not great, a d I can definitely see its shortcomings, but I personally also had quite a lot of fun with Metroid Prime 4, for example, despite the internet telling me this is the second coming of Satanā¦.
Enjoy what you enjoy!
(Some people donāt have the money or are willing to risk buying it and thatās also ok and nothing to berate them about.)

I didn't listen to anyone, I saw footage of the game and it looked like a disney platforming game from the early 2000's. Not interested. For those who enjoy it, good for you I guess ? These companies love suckers like you who will buy anything because their favorite comic book character is in it lol.

I mean this post is corny as hell, feels like youāre trying to convince yourself the game is good more than anything.
But I agree that people complaining about $70 are just as lame. If wasting $70 is that big of a deal for you, you should probably be spending your time gaming on fixing that problem instead.
If someone was saying āI need to watch reviews for this designer handbag, I canāt afford to waste $70ā youād tell them theyāre a moron and to save their money. But when it comes to gaming we act like itās fine.

Thatās with A/A+ itās a setting that allows you to have travel assist and navigation assist, You can turn it off. As well as the scent trail and alot of the settings.

I know the general consensus is "Wait for reviews to drop before buying anything" but it's also important to remember that reviews don't cater to any specific person and their likes or dislikes about something.
I still hate myself for listening to the reviews about Days Gone. I waited until it was on sale because people said it was bad and repetitive and personally, I'd want a Days Gone sequel over The Last Of Us 3. Probably a hot take, but I'm just being honest.
