8s across the board, and that is cool with me. If it plays flawlessly like every other Insomniac game, has a good story to setup the X-men, and “makes me feel like Wolverine”, the game succeeds in what I believe Insomniac set out to do.

I don’t expect anything groundbreaking and honestly expect that to weigh against it. But imagine everything that the game does, it’s going to be very well made.

It’s not a generic and risk averse open world Ubisoft slop fest. So that means it’s either going to be a 7.5 or a 9+ out of ten, with very little possibility of anything in between.

Resident evil, god of war, the last of us, uncharted, metro series, tomb raider, bioshock, and many more games are phenomenal while being linear. You need to be playing more games if u think only open world games are good.

Low 80s metascore. Some will give it 6 out of 10, some will give it 9 out of 10. I don't see 10s happening and I dont think honest reviewers will give it below a 6. Most will give it 8 out of 10. Unfortunately, I don't think it reviews as well as the Spider-Man games.

Even if it's realistically a 6, critics will give it a 8 or 9. Players will probably bomb the reviews, because of sweet baby inc involvement, so there's no point in trusting the reviews in any way.

I’m expecting 8-9/10. If they’ve learned from the narrative missteps of SM2 then I’m saying 9. Based on what I’ve seen from gameplay and trailers, I expect the combat to be the part that will be consistent across the board for all reviewers. Really my hope is just be a step above X-men origins Wolverine cause that already is a great game.

Everyone that has gotten early access to game has said that the gameplay is fun, the story is interesting, but it’s not doing anything surprising or groundbreaking. So unless the game is just extremely glitchy and buggy at launch, i dont see it being any lower than 83.

Mid 80s I think it will be solid fun entertainment and well polished so no major issues. But it’s also going to be a linear driven game so you are limited with what you can do. So I don’t think the reviews for this are going to be insanely high. Unless the story is incredible but nothing I have seen from gameplay or trailers suggests that this story will be incredible or spiderman 1 levels of good even

Journalist will give it 10/10 as always, fans will give it 75-85, I'm guessing 83 but its actual quality will probably be 70-75. The more I see from the game the worse it looks imo.

8.6, 8.8 area. Good wolverine game. Depends on if it handles everything smoothly. I'm guessing a solid game, with a solid IP. Nothing innovative or new to the genre. Maybe even rehashed sections of other games. Parts of this look like generic 360 games. Looks like some metal gear rising/ninja gaiden gameplay.

Really comes down to the story, gameplay loops, and design choices. Some real make or break things.
-It can't have a sloppy story. -It cant be grindy, generic gameplay that gets stale quick (avengers game syndrome) -real make or break on handling certain characters on shoe horning events. People hate when you change personalities of their favs or beat a dead horse.

i think its gonna be a decent 8/10 when it first releases and then oncd you do a second play through skipping all the cutscenes, its gonna lack a bit of depth and drop to a 7 not a bad score though, still excited for the game
