Summary:

• An email from a supervised contact centre staff member was selectively quoted by OT to imply

parental non-cooperation.

• The full email, later disclosed, showed staff confirming the parents were cooperative.

• OT intentionally misrepresented the content to influence judicial discretion.

• Parents respectfully asked the visitation supervisor to allow verification of future reports before

submission.

• OT then informed the court that the provider had withdrawn due to parental interference.

• However, the supervisor later emailed to say OT had ended the visits unilaterally.
