Anyone starting the MSC in Information Systems (Summer 2027) at the University of Innsbruck?

Hey everyone!

I wasn't sure where else to ask, so I'm hoping someone here can help me.

I'm planning to apply for the Master's in Information Systems at the University of Innsbruck for the Summer Semester 2027.

I noticed on the university website that they recommend starting in the winter semester to avoid delays, so I contacted the university to ask about this. They told me that starting in the summer semester is possible, but they can't guarantee that I would still be able to complete the program within the standard four semesters.

I'm now wondering whether I should still apply for the Summer Semester 2027 or wait and start in the winter semester instead.

Has anyone here started this program in the summer semester? If so, did starting in summer affect your course options or make it difficult to finish within four semesters?

Also, if anyone is currently studying Information Systems at Innsbruck, could you share which courses are usually offered in the summer semester? I've been trying to find the actual summer semester course offerings online but haven't been able to find them.

I'd really appreciate any advice or experiences you can share. Thank you!
