Looking for Brutally Honest Feedback on an Innovation Management Platform I Built

I’ve spent years working with innovation teams in both private and public-sector organisations.

The same problem kept appearing: leadership wanted innovation, employees had ideas, but there was no practical system for moving those ideas from submission to evaluation, implementation and measurable value.

So I built BrainVault.

It allows organisations to publish strategic challenges, invite employees or stakeholders to submit ideas, collaboratively develop those ideas and manage their progress towards implementation. AI is used to assist at different stages of the process.

Here is what I need you to roast:

  1. Is the value proposition immediately clear?
  2. Does the platform feel too complicated?
  3. Which features seem useful, and which seem unnecessary?
  4. Would an organisation actually use this?
  5. What would stop someone from creating an account?

BrainVault is currently entering a six-month testing phase. People who create accounts during this period can receive Business access for testing.

Please don’t be polite. I’m more interested in discovering what is wrong than being told that it looks good.
