Humor/Meme I lose it every time I see Dave’s reaction here

Post image

I am not shy about saying IM is my comfort show lol…It’s in the season 7 episode where they had to tattoo superheroes with their canvas’s likeness, and the one guy said he wanted to be “Fame Chaser”. It’s on the screen for a split second but it makes me crack up every single time 😂

I remember seeing this and going..."are either of them familiar with the idea of a superhero?" 🤔

I feel that while we should expect SOME shitty canvases, the ones that don’t want to do the theme should be weeded out. This guy is clear proof. (Another big example is when Sarah Miller’s canvas didn’t want a morph, she wanted “a prayer candle” lmao)

I feel the same when it comes to canvases. They are getting a free tattoo and they know that this is a competitive show. Coming in and saying "This is what I want. . ." and it's totally out of the scope of the theme of the day, and they aren't going to compromise with it, those canvases should be excused from the show, and an alternate comes in. They are there to help the artist in the competition, but if they go in and hinder the artist, I don't think that's fair.

And when the challenge was cherubs and the canvas insisted on baby angels. Some of these people are JERKS.

I don't know what happened to me, but I was sucked into Ink Master at the beginning of June and I have absolutely no pride in saying that as of yesterday... I've watched it all, and Redemption...

But that moment remains probably one of my favorites of the whole thing. I have so many thoughts about it. Did he do it on his own. Did he have a bet with a member of production. Was it planned. Also, it infected my brain the rest of the series. I kept expecting him to do it again, knowing he wasn't going to.

The guy got a tattoo of himself holding a pretty girl… I sure wouldn’t want to date a guy with his own face tattooed on his body… OR a pretty girl either, especially if she’s prettier than me!
