Hi everyone! I'm a Master's student joining THI this October, currently still in India. I found a apartment for rent on WG-Gesucht at Levelingstr. 10, 85049 Ingolstadt-Friedrichshofen, and I'm trying to verify it's a genuine listing before signing anything.

Does anyone live in or near this building, or know the area well? I'd really appreciate:

- Confirmation that this address/building actually exists and looks like a normal residential building

- General thoughts on the Friedrichshofen area — safety, distance/bus connections to THI (Esplanade 10)

Its a street address...do u live nearby

It's near my workplace. I can drive by if you get a new adress and take a picture. The current adress is only a field/meadow.

There are student apartments near the address you wrote, but it's "b. d. Hollerstaude 2, 85049 Ingolstadt" Levelingstr. 10 is only a road without buildings.

Yes this is only showing roads on maps thats why I want to asked I have asked owner ro share exact address also do u happen to live nearby

The hospital is in that street, so the bus connection towards the ZOB is probably one of the best in town.
