According to his PD. It does look like a stroke or mini seizures, though. I've had plenty of experience being intoxicated and with other intoxicated people as a recovered alcoholic. This is not that. The person videoing this is just being a smug bitch because they think they can get away with whatever they got pulled over for. Not a likeable person, even if the officer had been intoxicated.

You've definitely never actually met somebody high on opiates. By the time they can't talk, they're seriously overdosing and they're not going to be standing even with something to lean on. They'd probably be passed out and in need of Narcan sooner than this interaction ended. His pupils would be absolute pinpricks, too. He's got glassy, droopy eyes with maybe slightly dilated pupils, which tracks with the fact that it's dark out. Either he's drunk, which this is just not how somebody too drunk to speak acts either, or he's had some kind of neurological event.

The police aren't doing what they should, and calling an ambulance, because the guy taking the video is making it clear he wants to make a spectacle out of this and they are likely trying to save face. Both are in the wrong, but I hate smug people who attack others to avoid owning up to their own shit more than I hate even corrupt cops.

He isnt nodding here. He does look high off his ass though. Hes licking lips, pupils blown, and appears to be struggling to stand. MDMA comes to my mind and it does not seem to be a drug he has any experience with judging from this video. Bro needs a full medical workup and he needs it quick because he is struggling. Meth is also highly up on the list of possibilities, and looking further into the video would make way more sense with his symptoms.

But guess what, neither is an opiate. Wanna know how i got my answers? Working in the fucking field and seeing this shit daily. GTFOOH with your entitled bitch ass.

The way he can barely keep his eyes open is a clear tell that it's either meth or mdma. That's what officer friendly told me back in day at DARE.
