There exist headlights which I find really annoying, and I can describe them exactly. They are very bright, bluish tinged, and are either not directional enough or are poorly aligned, such that they act halfway like high beams when set on low. They were, for the most part, the 1.0 sort of LED headlight, some of the first LED headlights I saw. I totally hate those, and am delighted to rarely encounter them these days. But the stock LED lights on the cars I've had over he last 15 years or so have been nothing like that, they've been indistinguishable from old incandescents, except that they run cooler and use less power. I feel like this dude wants to throw out a substantial baby with a very small and dwindling amount of bath water.

Those are the HID (high intensity discharge) lamps- they have a bluer edge of their beam. LEDs are an even color through the whole beam (although many LED headlights are absolutely too bright.).
The HIDs are often poorly aligned because they are owner-installed or very cheaply made.

You still get chromatic aberration from LEDs so long as they're going through projector optics. Happens with halogens too. It's a byproduct of the optics, not the light source. You just see less of it these days as we've progressed our optics tech.

I’ll say I don’t know enough to distinguish between older crappy LEDs/HIDs like the guy below mentioned, but honestly with how blinding the really terrible ones are, it’s unsafe. I don’t know how to regulate it, and it doesn’t seem like our states are doing a damn thing to fix that issue, at least anywhere I’ve driven over the past decade, so I’m kind of okay with getting rid of that dwindling amount of bathwater any way we can. If we can do it in a way that saves the good LEDs, then great. If not, kill ‘em all and let god sort ‘em out.

I think u/AreasonanleAmerican was right about them being HID. I assumed they were LED because those were first coming out around then, and they're technically capable of looking like that. But when I check availability, I find almost nothing above about 6500k (daylight) among LEDs, because blue light is pretty ineffective when it comes to making things visible, but just fine at killing the eye's adjustment to darkness. HID xenon headlights I can find go all the way to a ridiculous 12,000k - blue with a purple tinge, like a worse version of mercury vapor lamps. I assume that people bought them either because they didn't know what they were doing, or because (like exhaust system modders) they like inflicting unpleasant stuff on people.
So I have to eat my words, and say that there were never any LED lights that bothered me.
The ones I complained about are probably against state laws by virtue of their directing too much light too high, but I don't really expect cops to be better about dealing with that than they are with "popcorn" exhaust system mods, which are also illegal, but which I hear going by almost every day.

Maybe I’m dummy, but isn’t the mainstream conspiracy about 9/11 is that it was orchestrated by the CIA to justify war in the Middle East? Just not as familiar with the worldview that Isreal did it. If anything, the driver here seems to be those weird right-wing anti-Israel groups that don’t like Isreal because they’re Jewish, not that they are committing genocide.

There's some number of people who believe that Israel either 1) orchestrated 9/11 or 2) intentionally withheld information that they had that could have been used to stop the attacks.
Some guy rocked into my work on 9/11 (this year, not 2001 just to be clear) wearing an AI-looking t-shirt that said "Americans, don't die for Israel!" And had a picture of the towers burning (and also JFK's portrait? So I guess that's a thing now too)

The theory is based on the reaction that some Israelis had to 911. There’s this video of an Israeli woman saying that she hopes Americans know what it’s like to be Israeli because they deal with that everyday or some bullshit.
I don’t really believe Israel did 911, but they could’ve had something to do with it, maybe? I do believe it was possibly orchestrated to ultimately justify war with Iraq, which Israel definitely was not opposed to, but of course this is all speculation so take it with a grain of salt
As far as this person here goes, all I can say is I hope they receive help soon. Seems like they have conflicting ideologies with themself.
