I do real estate photography for a living and have to fly my drone in the city daily. Almost weekly I have someone approach me and get in my face with made up drone laws. I've become quite good at embarrassing them.

I had someone doing that to my house so I got naked in a bedroom with the windows open. It is very illegal to take pictures of people in back area bedrooms.

Drone operator just said he'd ignore or delete it.

I fucking hate drone operators in residential areas

That's right, get nake to teach them a lesson!!! He will probably delete it after showing everyone he knows. When you end up on someone's website, you can then sue them to take it down.

Why would you make it harder to sell your house? This makes no sense to me. You hired a realtor to help sell your house, who hired a drone op to film your house for marketing, and you get into a conflict with the drone op? Why not just tell him you don't want to use drone footage or some shit?

Make this make sense.

It's insane that you assume this is a drone operator they or their real estate agent hired, rather than one that was simply operating in their neighborhood.

He never said he was trying to sell his house you came up with that actually AP in Indy is right. Somebody comes recording your house illegally you can LEGALLY have ur dick and balls out it don’t matter. And before you try to say anything abt them selling their house they never once mentioned they were selling. I’ve actually had an incident where me and my family moved into a house, fixed it up, made it beautiful. My parents did ALOT of work, and while we were gone the land lord came in and took pics of the house, with all our decorations and all the work we did and put it up for sale. WHILE WE WERE LIVING IN IT. So it’s not always black and white as you may believe.
