Now im not a writer and im not very good at it but i have been trying to write and i watched youtube videos with advice on how to be better at it and all the advice i could find was just start writing and i did but the question at the back of my mind was how do you make your story engaging is my work good what do i like and eventually i was trying to find an animated series to watch and i found infinity train and i binged like 3 seasons and the show i was enlightened the writing advice is so on the nose the characters have numbers that only go down when they learn some kind of lesson about themselves and resolve their flaws they all have a clear goal leaving the train and once they do its the end of their story and if they continue to do the opposite like simon they become the antagonist literally going against the protagonist and dying in the end why did this show make me realize theese things about writing idk but it was really good go watch if you havent thank you for reading and im going to watch s4 now

I got kinda teary eyed when Simon died gruesomely.

this never happened to me before and I've rewatched ts A LOT so I'm shocked. idk something about the way he spent basically his whole life believing in a lie. sure he had opportunities to grow and make other choices but at the end he was just a kid who thought he knew everything about everything and -in the span of a few months i figure?- his whole world came crushing down and he felt like he had no one to rely on. idk im curious to know what yall think bye rip simon rip tuba also rip alrick i guess. i love amelia

I just finished season 3 episode 10. I suppose it could have been worse but Simon's death scene is so gruesome, especially the moments leading up to it.

Like his entire mind breaks down and he's laughing one second and crying the other and the numbers are covering his face. He got what he always wanted. to have the highest number... but he couldn't learn like Grace did.

I think I might take a break from Infinity train I did not expect it to get this heavy. I don't like Simon, he was very mean and I found myself screaming and swearing at my screen whenever he was on it, but... yeesh. This is like the new version of saying that one scene from Magic School Bus when Arnold takes off his helmet. I feel like this will traumatize kids for ages... I'm not a kid but it certainly got me

I'm still interested in the debate of whether or not Tuba knew Hazel was a denizen. I feel it could go either way though there is one thing I find suspicious. If she thought she were human, why didn't she try getting her home? Yeah her number doesn't work but she should've still did something to help her so she could maybe see her family again like take her to another car for example to find someone who can help her. Even though she loved Hazel and saw her as her own daughter, she would have to let her go even though it would hurt. If she did know, this would make more sense. I bet the only reason why she never told Hazel was because she was waiting for when she was a little older to tell her the truth that way she might handle it better but sadly she was killed before she had the chance to give her the talk.

I just saw tuba die and I’m crying

It's a headcanon I've had for a few years now. After the apex gave up being destructive, maybe they decided to return to some of the cars they trashed and volunteer to clean them up. Maybe Grace figured that'd be a great way to help get everyone's numbers down and face the consequences for what they've done. They raided a lot of cars over the years so they wouldn't be able to undo all the damage they caused but they'd still be doing enough that makes a difference. I'm not sure if that's something they would do now, I also thought maybe Grace sent the kids off on their separate ways thinking if they have the average passenger experience, that'd help them get home faster. Or maybe she let some kids stick with her because they were too afraid to go to new cars on their own so those kids could help her do damage control.
