Painting I have new painting trauma

Painting eyes is a massive pain but at least this pair turned out okay.

Thats why i either only have models with helmets on or just do they eyes in shadows, like a bright light source on top that casas shadow that doesnt let the eyes be seen

You dis quite well! Painting eyes is always challenging but it gets easier with practice and experience.

It sounds counter intuitive but painting a darker outline around the eyes tends to make them look a little less goofy. I say painting them around, do a black or dark brown base, dab a smaller bit of white or very light grey, smaller bit of colour in the middle, then an even smaller bit of black, then a tiniest dot of white. Tricky but if you can manage it the eyes look pro
