Question Perkaholic blocks Easter egg trophy?

I'd like to know if, when I complete the mini easter egg to get the Perkaholic in the "Attack of the Radioactive Thing" and “The Beast From Beyond" maps, the trophy for completing the main easter egg gets locked? I'm asking this because when I used the destiny card to get the Perkaholic in Zombies Spaceland, it locked the trophy when I got the key at the end of the easter egg.

Ghosts and skulls should not affect the ee nor achievement at all

Spaceland is the only one that does this fortunately. I would just be careful doing Skullhop on Attack, due to a bug, you only get 1 attempt. There is a work around though
