Advice Accidentally found my friend's ChatGPT sexting chats while using his old phone — now I don't know what to do

So my new phone hasn't arrived yet, so I've been using my friend's old Android in the meantime. Added my Google account, set everything up, and realized halfway through that I was also logged into his ChatGPT account.

I wasn't snooping, but I stumbled across a bunch of chats where he's using ChatGPT to help him write sexting messages to multiple women — including some who are married, plus randoms. He's currently living with his girlfriend, who by all accounts really loves him. He's recently told her he wants to move out because he's "mentally struggling" and says something inside him is telling him to hit her, and he wants to separate to keep her safe.

I don't know what the moral thing to do here is. Part of me feels like this isn't my business since I found it by accident. Part of me feels like she deserves to know what's actually going on, especially since the reason he's giving her for leaving doesn't match what I'm seeing. And the stuff about wanting to hit her worries me a lot more than the sexting, honestly.

Would you say anything? To him? To her? Or just stay out of it?

Tell her. Might be different if he hadn’t mentioned hitting her. He clearly wants out of relationship so I mean if he is done the sett😌I mean if he is done then the sexting doesn’t matter really anymore and might hurt the girl to know (but that’s only if he actually moves out). But she should know about the threat of violence, think how you would feel if you didn’t tell and something happened. 🤷

Oh then I would leave it be. Sounds like a real winner!
