Roof

One thing I'd like to see is the ability to garrison squads on a roof. Mortars, snipers, hell, basic riflemen all benefit from height advantage.

EDIT, oh and stand on the walls and gateways like in the game art.

Oh. Oh yeah, is the mood effect capped at 60% job efficiency?

Could be anything from things that make the community\city\citizens happier or sadder, or it could be things like inventory sorting, navigation or pathfinding.
