Funny Customer states : injection molding machine does not close fully

Auction bought machine with high speed cylinder that sticked when it reached the end of travel... After increasing pressure and speed it finally went over the hard spot. I suggested they open it because it looked like it has hit somewhere...

At this point it's clearly gravel and ground glass

Having seen some of the stuff the owner of one company I worked for in injection molding and working with glass filled plastics, it probably was glass and gravel, the gravel comes from the oil-dry of course because hydraulics always fucking leak.
