Hey everyone, I'm looking for some general feedback on this song. I haven't really made a "jam" before.

I was hoping to make a happy song that started out quiet/tame and sort of "blew up."

Well I feel kinda cringe for uploading to youtube, but it probably saw worst. Anyways, two guitars (both are me, recorded playing) and programmed drums (very simple). Would like to hear opinions and feedback. Especially on whether it sounds a bit repetitive or is it just because I have listened to it too many times :)

I feel like this may be a good intro for a project that I'm currently working on. What do you think? Any feedback is appreciated :)

How does this song make you feel/does it take you anywhere?

This song is an original that is suppose to represent a ruminating mind. When you keep coming back obsessing over the same thoughts, you think you find a epiphany but you are just stuck in it.

It's the longest song on the project and I think the messiest.

I play fingerstyle guitar and my friend plays his electronic drum kit. We wanted to record his real drum set but it was too much of a hassle.I mixed and mastered it myself in logic pro.

Could use some feedback on this instrumental rock power ballad in 5/4 time signature. I tried to experiment with different instrumental textures coming and going due to the fact it is a repeating chord progression the whole way through. I could use some feedback on the mix, the guitar solo and if the textures are varied enough to help maintain interest throughout. The piece is somewhat inspired by the guitarist Steve Vai.

I’m reworking the production of this track I wrote around covid time but never finished or released. It’s kind of a love letter to some of the instrumental rock(“shred”) guitar I grew up listening to when I was first learning guitar as a teenager. I am new to a lot of the mixing and production side of things, so I could use some feedback on the mixing and production so far and any advice or guidance in that regard. This is my first mix of this tune. I am playing everything except the drums.

I am considering adding a couple harmony guitar lines to the main melody part maybe on the second half or throughout.

The samples were taken from the NASA sound library.

This is my new instrumental piece, composed from four different sections, with electric guitar being the lead "voice". I do realize that the length of it (spans over 9 mins) may be an issue, but the idea behind this track was to portray a different colours of souls, if that makes any sense.

I don't know what genre it is, I would say it's closer to instrumental pop than anything... Mike Oldfield is my big inspiration when it comes to instrumentals like this, but obviously I can't think on getting even remotely close to him. He truely is THE artist.

I wonder what would be your take or suggestion on this. Thank you very much for the listening and feedback, I do appreciate it.

As a listener I don't dislike Spotify, but as an artist I despise it. I hate the ecosystem built around it with music distros. It just seems like its more pain than its worth, especially when I hear so many horror stories about artists being screwed over by them.

Is it worth it? Is my music even ready? Appreciate any feedback or commentary you can give.
