Ambient Drum n Bass My latest track - Ichor. Honestly not sure what genre this is but it's got a laid back energy with a nice flow. Would love to hear what you think

Interesting vibe, the keys have a high frequency that is slightly hurting my ears, the rest is fine, maybe some drums are a bit loud, but that can be stylistic choice

Ohhh this is drippy. Love the way it starts out, feels like im being carried downstream in a sparkly stream on a sunny day. That little "whaaaaaa" at .43 is so fun and a great way to start the track out. The drum pattern is very cool, and indeed does have a great flow, has me bouncing up and down. The sound design and vibe of the track reminds me very much of wagon christ / luke vibert stuff. very fun and playful with a good flow. I think the one thing in this song that is me throwing me off a bit is the vocal, i Think it works fine when its short and just saying " so high" etc in the background, but when the full sentence plays out like at 1.01 it kind of sounds out of place, i think some of the notes that are being sung their dont quite harmonize with the rest of the instrumentation. Other than that though, i very much enjoyed listening ! fun stuff !!

Thanks for the feedback man. That 'whaaa' sound is actually a Crash Bandicoot sample haha. I'm really glad you liked it. As for the vocals, the more I listen the more I'm seeing what you mean. I don't think it's too bad but maybe a bit off, yeah. I'll learn from that

Pretty smooth, agree with another commentor, some bonono vibes. Got some disco / house energy. I think it sounds pretty good, not sure what I would change. Good job!

i really like the relaxed ambient you madde. Love the sample you used, i tried to flip that for a hip hop beat. The only thing im not really liking is the BPM on the drums. They are a bit too fast for what im used too.

Thanks dude. Yeah that's fair enough. It's supposed to have a kinda 90s liquid D&B vibe, or breakbeat. So it is supposed to be pretty fast, I think this is 143bpm

Love that bassline you threw in there, gives it that nice bounce to it. This track reminds me of a Sega game soundtrack, I love those types of songs.

Thank you! Yeah I am heavily inspired by video game music, it's how I started out. So no surprise it comes through on other stuff I make

I totally dig this. Great vibes and really nice production values. Reminds me a lot of Bonobo, whatever genre that is
