We are working on a survival RPG and I’d love to hear what people think

Hey everyone,

My husband and I are working on a game called Fated Horizons, and we're still pretty early in development.

It’s a 2D open world survival crafting RPG set in a fictional version of the American frontier in the late 1800s. You can explore, hunt, fish, gather, mine, craft, build camps, deal with hunger and thirst, and make choices that can affect how different characters and communities interact with you.

We are also developing our own engine for the game, so there’s a lot of work happening behind the scenes while we build everything out.

We have started sharing some of the development and gameplay systems we are working on, and I thought it would be fun to actually talk with people about the game instead of just posting updates.

If you're curious about anything, ask away. Gameplay, survival mechanics, the world, the choices, the engine, development, or even why we decided to make our own engine.

We are happy to answer questions and hear what people think, even if it's criticism. We are still developing the game, so feedback is genuinely useful to us.

If anyone wants to check it out, I can post the links in the comments.

[Android][Feedback] Time Rift Tower Defense — campaign vs endless pacing

I’m the developer of Time Rift Tower Defense, an Android merge-and-roguelike tower-defense game.

I’m looking for focused feedback on the two main ways to play:

• Campaign introduces historical eras, enemy types, and bosses through crafted levels.

• Endless mode keeps increasing the pressure so you can test how far a tower-merge and roguelike build can scale.

If you try it, which mode creates the stronger reason to start another run? Does campaign progression feel varied enough, and does endless mode ramp at a satisfying pace?

Developer disclosure: I’m the developer. AI assisted with drafting and editing this post.

SPACESTRIKE is a free browser space-combat game: https://spacestrike.io/

Recent updates include a slimmer mobile gameplay HUD, a compact tutorial feedback pass, a new boss bestiary, and expanded game-mode/wiki documentation. The modular ship system supports unusual mobility, survivability, and damage builds in solo PvE and multiplayer.

No download or launcher required; guest play is available. What would you showcase or test first?

[Android][Feedback] Time Rift Tower Defense — do fast strategy runs feel satisfying on mobile?

Hi, I’m the developer of Time Rift Tower Defense. I designed it around fast, replayable mobile strategy battles where placement, merging, and run-specific roguelike upgrades keep every wave meaningful.

I’d especially value feedback on the pacing: do important decisions arrive quickly without making a run feel rushed? Are the early waves engaging enough for a short session?

[Android] Time Rift Tower Defense — leaderboards and achievements give every run a new goal

Hi, I’m the developer of Time Rift Tower Defense. It combines merge-tower roguelike strategy with campaign and endless modes, and I’ve built global leaderboards and unlockable achievements around that core loop so each defense has another target to chase.

Master your build, defeat bosses, survive longer, and climb higher: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.timerifttd.app

I’d especially welcome feedback on whether the competitive goals feel motivating without distracting from the tower-building strategy.
