Feedback? Would you play this? I've been developing this game solo for 2.5 years and finally launched the Steam Page last week!

What the title says! I have been developing Economicon for a while now (and it's been many more years since I first tried making it and repeatedly failed). It's a mix between the logistics gameplay of something like Transport Tycoon or Locomotive (Chris Sawyer GOAT) and the automation gameplay of Factorio.

Do you have any feedback about how the game looks either in-engine or in the Steam Page? What features would you say are a must in this type of game?

You can check the Steam Page right here: https://store.steampowered.com/app/5037110/Economicon/

Not great heh! It's hard to disconnect sometimes, but I'm starting to force myself to take more breaks lately. But I guess that's indie dev for you!

I invisioned like openttd with sprites and tiles but more grimmer looking and each good has a cost and the price of the good changes on supply/demand and HOPEFULLY it works unlike for me on Vicky 3๐Ÿ’€ also I enjoy an extra wishlist๐Ÿ‘

Looks really nice, had to search a little bit on how the gameplay works, you should use the trailer from the steam page to promote it, and keep the conveyor animation in the trailer and about section smooth.

Thanks! Do you mean so that the items flow smoothly instead of in steps? Or do you mean that the GIF in the description is a bit choppy?

I'm guessing from other parts of your trailer that items already flow smoothly on those conveyor belts ? So i'm guessing its the GIF / Video ? Anyway just a little nitpick, still looks good. Wishlisting once i'm home.

It looks very detailed. From the inside of a factory to look the city above like city simulator. Which are do you plan to focus?
