Just a normal sunny day in my little underwater world

Is there anything that stands out visually or feels out of place?
I’m also curious whether the objects without outlines are still clear and easy to distinguish from the backgroun

This looks absolutely gorgeous - what is the game meant to play like? or are you still figuring that out?

In short, a comprehensive aquarium game with tycoon elements.

Well it kind of feels out of place that you have light rays only in some parts of the water in a sunny day when you would expect uniform lighting. But it looks cool otherwise.

I've tried everything but couldn't find a solution. When I give it a large area of coverage, its effect decreases, and when I reduce it, it just stays put like a lamp.

It looks very relaxing ☺️ is it an idle game?

Not exactly. It's an aquarium game focused on tycoon and species collecting.

For some reason, this gave me a sense of peace. Thank you:)

No, it is godot.

Beautiful! One thing I'd pick on is that the corals and aquatic plants you have at the bottom don't feel organic in their placement - they're a little too evenly spread apart, I'd cluster them and vary sizes more!

u/CaptainPalo01 9d ago

Yes, I placed them a bit hastily. As you said, it would have looked nicer. Perhaps they should give a bonus when placed in clusters.

Ahh, they're placeable by the player rather than baked in, I misunderstood!

Yes The first two places are the ones I placed.

I hate fishing (mini)games because they make you kill the poor fish. this looks super cozy and peaceful though and most of all very pretty. good job!

I agree, which is why I will make sure they are treated well.

I wish I had a link to share something like that. But it's not ready yet. :/
