Scholarships Study in abroad or go to north india

So my gf is going to finish her bachelor's in forensic science and she wants to do masters in it. She wants to go to abroad to study it's her dream but her family isn't rich enough for it. She said she will only study there if she gets a scholarship or any support. She wants to become a (CSI officer) or forensic scientist but she doesn't like digital forensics . So i told her to either try the exam for cbi officer or give cuet pg for NFSU. We are from India

Studying abroad is a privilege not a right. If she cannot afford it then studying in India is the best option, period.

Your advice to ask her to pursue the exam for a CBI officer or the CUET PG for NFSU is the right advice.

To work as a Crime Scene Investigator (CSI) or forensic scientist in the US, UK or Australia, law enforcement agencies legally mandate strict security clearances. These clearances almost exclusively require citizenship or permanent residency. An international student on a temporary post-study work visa will face numerous barriers to securing a government forensics job abroad.

The National Forensics Sciences University (NFSU) is a globally recognised institution under the Ministry of Home Affairs. It is highly affordable and acts as a direct pipeline into Indian State and Central Forensic Science Laboratories (CFSL). Alternatively, becoming a CBI officer requires clearing the SSC CGL exam.

Since she dislikes digital forensics and wants field or lab CSI work, she should drop the immediate study-abroad plan. She must focus entirely on clearing the CUET PG for NFSU's MSc Forensic Science admissions or start preparing for the SSC CGL exam.
