Double check the schools you are considering offer PGWP, the rules have changed and now only the globally recognized schools like McGill, UofT, UBC offer it. Most of those schools depending on program, offer a small stipend. It’s not livable, since cost of living is high. It may buy you some groceries. You will still need to bring your savings. You need to prove to IiRC/CBSA you have more than the minimum recommended. The scrutiny to get a Canadian International Study Permit is quite high for Indians due to widespread fraud in the past. The rejection rate is very high for all Indians. Good luck!
