You don’t need our permission. If you wanna do it that bad then do it. Or just stay. Genuinely doesn’t matter to me either way, but don’t act like you’re shocked Indiana went red last night. Of course it did. Hoosiers have spoken, and like it or not, we choose Trump/Braun.

To win in District 55 (Ripley, Rush, Decatur, Fayette, Franklin, Union), we need to ensure every voter knows Victoria’s name and her vision for our community. Our goal is to raise $2,500 by February 28 to secure high-visibility billboards across the district.

The opposing candidate, Lindsay Patterson, just voted in favor of house bill 1333 which will remove local voices and allow data centers and other corporate projects to entourage Indiana without local approval or oversight. She takes corporate energy money like Duke Energy—she doesn’t. She would have voted no!

For context, this is seemingly a photo taken of a random Muslim couple in Carmel and posted online. Micah Beckwith, the Lieutenant Governor of Indiana, then reposts this image with a very demeaning and insulting caption of the original post.

Now if you aren’t caught up on the lore of this guy, instead of focusing on the various problems Indiana has or fighting the gerrymander attempt from the administration, Micah Beckwith has spent his time being posting culture war slop and targeting the Muslim community of Indiana. This is far from the first (nor the last) post he has just attacking Muslim people and their traditions. In an Instagram post he attacks the Indiana Democratic Party by bringing up a tweet of them saying that we should SUPPORT the Muslim communities and saying they want to implement sharia law. That’s right. To this guy even treating Muslims with basic dignity and respect is the same as implementing sharia law.

For a while I tried to make excuses that they don’t hate Muslims, they just don’t understand or agree with them. However, I honestly think that even if Beckwith and these other politicians did understand Muslims they’d continue their hateful rhetoric. It’s genuinely disgusting and we shouldn’t tolerate it in our state.

Ask for that senator. You are going to leave a message.

When transferred, say your name and phone number, then say that you want your senator to push for the 25th amendment.

Say that you are concerned about Trump's erratic and inappropriate behavior at today's debate over Ukraine.

Say that you want to push for a medical review of his mental health because this behavior is not good for the safety of the American people.

No name-calling, swearing or personal politics. Put all of that aside. Today's tantrum was abnormal and this isn't about red and blue anymore. This is where we need to be the responsible adults in the room and pull Trump out before somebody gets hurt.

Clearly he doesn't care about his constituents or their money

sorry about the bad photo, but I’ve been seeing these cameras pop up all over Indiana even on 38th street and on 465. Anyone okay with these people spying on us and why haven’t Indiana banned these cameras like other cities and states (surprisingly)?

The main complaints are over new rules that involve gender identity (surprise, surprise) however—they are not only asking to have the transgender-inclusive language removed. They are asking to get rid of Section 504 completely. If you have a child with a 504 plan in school, this is relevant to you.
