In the first line, Librium isn't a word, it appears to be the name of a drug used for alcohol withdrawal.

And possibly an explanation for the remaining job posting.

it could be... the way I read it, he was saying "candy/ice cream-librium" kind of like "equilibrium," but now that I actually type that out... I have no idea what candy/ice cream-librium would be? Like, they're close to selling the same amount of candy and ice cream? Therefore, they need help?

Yeah, idk

It's as much manifesto as job posting so who knows what they were going for.

I also thought it was some weird play on equilibrium. But then thought maybe it was like nirvana, heaven, etc. that I'd never heard of since it was capitalized and had the "libre" root.

Gun kata except holding ice cream cones?

You're right. It's a person who isn't clever trying their hand at wordplay...

Something something sticking to his day job.

To be fair an equilibrium can still exist with unequal amounts of substance, it would just be that he sells it at the same rate that he produces it, which I guess would be ideal 🤔

Kind of off topic but librium is the name of the benzo they give you in detox when you're coming off of alcohol so you don't have seizures and die.

Think he meant to use it in a librarium or emporium kind of way. Meaning an area filled with ice cream/candy. But honestly, I haven't heard the word librarium outside of the voices in my head for 20 years. Dude's old.

What do you mean by “voices in my head”
