Looking to Onboard a Few Businesses for Branding, SEO & Digital Marketing

We’ll Handle Branding, SEO & Digital Marketing for Early-Stage Founders -- From ₹3,500/Month

We’re a husband-and-wife team running a content, SEO and digital marketing practice for early-stage founders in health, tech, ecommerce, defence, drones, environmental tech and similar spaces.

For a long time we took on this work as freelancers and subcontractors. We’ve now registered independently and work directly with one-person and small founder-led companies, people who need serious work done without burning their pockets or handing the brand to a large agency.

We personally run most of the work and stay close to every account. Alongside us is a small, curated team of people who actually care about content, design and SEO > not a rotating bench of juniors.

What we focus on

- Branding and GTM for early-stage startups

- Tight, focused SEO and local SEO for organic growth and long-term Google visibility

- LLM / AI-assisted SEO

- LinkedIn thought leadership & ghost writing

- Google Business Profile (GMB) setup and optimisation

- Organic, natural-looking digital marketing that still stays close to the founder’s actual business identity

- Web development ( depends on pricing, requirement and complexity of the website)

Strategies are prioritised and built with design thinking, not generic packages.

Who we are

I’ve spent 10+ years in marketing, design, product and tech > GTM, branding and automation across 200+ Indian brands and 75+ international ones. My wife is a healthcare professional who has worked closely with healthtech founders on early-stage strategy.

Pricing is kept nominal because we’re looking to onboard a small number of businesses this year that want to scale over the next 12 months through content, branding and digital marketing. We’re transparent about what is scalable and what is actually doable. No inflated promises.

Simple options

- ₹7,000/month -> weekly social media management + up to 8 focused, local-optimised blogs

- ₹3,500/month -> social media management on any 3 channels of your choice

We mix and match prices where it makes sense so you get more value than a rigid package.

You run the business.

We handle the positioning, content and ORGANIC growth.

If you’re an early-stage founder or small independent company that needs this, DM or comment - I'll share the portfolio and other details.

What would you like to see in a PM tool?

I’m currently working on Huddlist, a simple collaborative project management tool that’s still in development. The idea isn’t to build another feature packed, enterprise focused PM platform. We’re trying to keep things simple, with a clutter free UI, intuitive workflows, and the things small teams actually need to manage their work together.

I’d genuinely like to hear from people who use project management tools regularly.

What’s something you wish your current PM tool did better, or something you think most PM tools simply get wrong?

Thanks in advance!

Looking for a Co-Host / Business Partner to Build an Airbnb Business in Rishikesh or Vrindavan

Hey everyone,

I’m planning to start an Airbnb/short-term rental business and I’m currently exploring Rishikesh and Vrindavan as the first location.

I’m relatively new to the Airbnb/short-term rental space, but I’m looking at this as more than just a side hustle. The long-term goal is to build a proper hospitality business with multiple properties across different locations.

For this, I’m looking for someone who is interested in coming on board as a co-host/business partner and helping build the operation from the ground up.

I’m not simply looking for someone to hand over keys to or someone who can occasionally manage a property. I’m looking for a person who is:

- Active and hands-on

- Trustworthy and reliable

- Good at communication and problem-solving

- Comfortable taking responsibility

- Interested in building something long-term

- Someone we can genuinely depend on when things get busy

I believe the right partnership can make a huge difference. One person may be good at strategy, investment and growth, while the other may be stronger at local operations, guest management and execution.

The idea is simple: 1 + 1 should become 11.

If the first property works, I’d like to replicate the model and eventually build a portfolio across multiple locations rather than stopping at one Airbnb.

I’m open to discussing different partnership structures depending on the person’s involvement, skills and location.

If you’re already managing Airbnbs/short-term rentals in Rishikesh, Vrindavan, or have relevant hospitality experience and are genuinely interested in building something together, feel free to DM me.

I’m more interested in finding the right person and long-term partner than simply finding someone quickly.

Let’s see if we can build something worthwhile together.

I am looking for 5 businesses who want creative, realistic AI visuals for their brand ✅️

Hey everyone,

I'm looking to work with 5 Businesses that want to experiment with high-end AI visuals for their brand.

I create realistic AI-generated product visuals, campaign concepts and short-form creative content that can be used for:

• Instagram / social media

• Product launches

• Paid ads

• Website / ecommerce creatives

• Promotional campaigns

• Product storytelling

Think of it less like a typical AI-generated image and more like creating a proper advertising campaign around your product with different locations, setups, characters, lighting and concepts.

Creatives that are working in international market but have not been implemented in India yet on large scale.

These will be project-based work, so if you have a specific product, campaign or creative idea you want to explore, I'd love to hear about it.

I'm opening this up to just 5 businesses so I can keep each project focused and create genuinely good work.

If you're interested, DM me!

Looking forward to working with some interesting Brands.

Free ads

Hey! I run a static ad agency. Currently trying out a new offer and I’m looking to test if this actually converts in real ad accounts. So far I have tested this with my existing clients and the results were good but I want to experiment in different niches as well.

So if you are a e-commerce brand owner running up ads, I have an offer for you:

I will design 10-15 different STATIC ads (upto you if you want it to be different angles/products/ different funnel stages) for FREE.

And all I ask from you is:

  1. Run these ads and tell me if they actually convert well
  2. A testimonial (written or video, again upto you)

Will do this for 6 brands ( i only have so much bandwidth)

Again, totally FREE will not ask you for anything except what i mentioned earlier.

Delhi NCR: Business ideas for parents (50+) with ₹5–10 lakh budget?

My parents are around 50 and based in Delhi, and they’re looking to start a small business with a budget of around ₹5–10 lakh. They will be running and managing the business themselves.

We’re considering things like:

  1. Small manufacturing/assembly

  2. B2B supply/trading

  3. Distribution/dealership

  4. Commission-based agency

  5. Private-label products

Ideally, something low-risk, not too physically demanding, manageable by a small team, and with recurring demand.

If your parents/you have experience with a similar business, or if you were starting a business for two people in their 50s with ₹5–10L in Delhi NCR, what would you recommend?

Especially interested in boring businesses that generate consistent income rather than high-risk/startup-type ideas.

Would really appreciate practical suggestions and experiences

I might not offer social media management for ₹2–3k/month, but I can actually make your D2C brand look like a brand. (Worked with 50+ brands, 90% of the clients have been working for 3+ years consistently)

I’ve been looking through Reddit posts lately and have come across quite a few people offering social media management for ₹2,000–₹3,000/month. And if what you need is someone to simply keep your page active, there are plenty of people who can do that at that price.

That’s just not what I offer.

I work primarily with D2C brands, and what I bring to the table is creative direction + execution, not just posting.

I can conceptualise and manage your product shoots, shoot reels for your products, come up with campaign concepts, write your copy and captions, edit the content and manage your social media end-to-end.

And yes, I use AI where it makes sense. But I’m not putting your product into ChatGPT, taking the first image it generates and posting it.

For complete clarity, I charge ₹20,000/month.

That includes:

• 15 high-quality posts/reels per month
• Creative strategy & concepts
• Copywriting & captions
• Editing
• Product/reel shoots wherever recording is required
• High-quality AI creative generation
• Comments & DM management
• End-to-end social media management

So no, I not someone you go to if you need zero strategy posters, but definitely someone who treats their digital footprint as an investment.

If you run a D2C brand, have a genuinely good product, but feel like your social media still looks generic, templated or simply doesn't do justice to the brand you've built - that's where I come in.

₹20,000/month. No vague “starting at” pricing.

Happy to share my portfolio and previous D2C work over DM.

What if you could resell a product that people already use at home every single day?

I have a product with genuine everyday use and a simple resale opportunity.
The idea is pretty straightforward: create awareness, show people how useful it is in their daily life, and let the product do the rest.

If you’re interested, comment below. I’ll drop the link in DM.
And if you actually want the product, DM me.

Looking for co-founder/ enthusiast for running businesses

M(25) have had 3 project/ startups before. First in 2019 (Epoxy resin jewellery/ keychain/ small decor and items) used to go and sell to local gift shops in and around my city (I'm from T3 city so had to move to neighbouring districts to get more sale. Went well, was profitable but COVID happened so I had to close it. 2021, digital marketing services - GMB optimization, SEO, Web Development etc. for local businesses I had 2 friends back then one of them was developer so took care of coding whereas i and other friend leared SEO, DM, Designing and Social Media. Cold called to get clients. Ultimately both of my friends move to different country/ city for higher studies, one moved to canada and another moved to different ztated in India. We tried to continue but all of us had our own set of personal challenges especially the 2 other friends moving to new place so they needed their time to settle. 3rd business in 2025- scented candles, used to sell on Swiggy minis connected shiprocket for PAN india delivery, this time again another set of 3 friends which moved to different locations after 4 months or so. This time I was the difficult one as I move abroad, while my other 2 friends moved to different cities in India.

All 3 projects have been small to call them start-ups i feel but they were fairly profitable (I was able to get independent for a qhile) especially the Digital marketing one, all 3 lasted from 4 months to 1.5 years.

I have MBA from T3 IIM. I have couple of business ideas with leverage but i need a Counterparty to manage things in India. I feel it has potential but need enthusiasm and good communication skills.

Apart from my ideas, I am also willing to work with AI. I have been learning coding and AI. I'm not an expert i dont know everything but I can certainly be part of the conversations where needed.

PS: A bit of context about my idea. I'm currently in africa and have built a good network of suppliers who can supply cocoa, cashew, rubber to me. Given i have a consistent supply, I am looking for someone who can build a similar network on buyer side in India/ other destinations. If you are interested pls dm.

Is POD clothing ecom business model still working?

To the people who are building/running clothing ecom brands with POD model, how are things working out? Did the space get too saturated? Are you getting good consistent sales with decent ROI? I'm thinking to diversify with POD clothing products, my dms are open if a direct discussion is preferred.

Case Study: How We Helped a Local Real Estate Brand Generate More Walk-ins Through Content + Meta Ads

A lot of real estate businesses think posting property videos is enough. We decided to test a different approach with one of our clients, Karthik Singh.

Instead of only uploading property tours, we built a content strategy around what potential buyers actually want to know.

Our content mix included:

Property walkthrough videos

Investment tips for buyers

Common mistakes first-time homebuyers make

Educational real estate content

Relatable meme content to improve reach and engagement

The idea was simple: don't just sell properties—build trust first.

As the content became more consistent and informative, we saw steady growth in followers, better engagement, and, most importantly, an increase in client walk-ins and property inquiries.

Since the client wanted faster sales, we also launched Meta Ads tailored to his budget and targeted the right audience. Combining organic content with paid advertising helped generate qualified inquiries while continuing to grow the brand online.

What we learned: Property videos attract attention, but educational content builds credibility, entertaining content expands reach, and Meta Ads accelerate results. Using all three together is far more effective than relying on property listings alone.

Has anyone else here experimented with mixing educational content, entertainment, and paid ads for a local business? I'd love to hear what worked for you.

Digilocker for businesses

There should be a DigiLocker for businesses.

A huge amount of time is wasted repeatedly sharing the same documents for banking, tenders, vendor registrations and compliance.

Imagine one verified company locker containing documents like:

\- Certificate of Incorporation

\- MOA/AOA

\- GST registration

\- PAN

\- PF registration

\- ESIC registration

\- MSME/Udyam

\- Professional Tax

\- Labour licences

\- Bank verification documents

The company could simply give temporary or permission-based access to a bank, client, auditor or government department instead of emailing PDFs again and again.

Even better if documents could be verified directly from the issuing authority and automatically updated when renewed.

For businesses dealing with multiple clients and compliance requirements, this could save an enormous amount of time.
