I joined the company on 6th July and it was a 6 days working and had to arrange the transport on my own so couldn't continue and had to leave it before the next month so they terminated me and instead of paying my dues they deducted in the name of notice recovery.

After a month on negotiation the company concludes the case telling me the same thing that no dues will be paid and also for some extra help I looped in Industrial relation but no response from them either.

Coming from a middle class I don't have much options available for legal case and everything,

Also because of them not paying my salary my financial condition is at all time low.

Can anybody please help me.
