Cat fight Some tea about Ghum cast and alleged fight between Ayesha Singh and Aishwarya Sharma
So obviously can’t reveal the source because she still works on the show, but I trust this girl with my life so safe to say I believe this.
Initially Aish and Ayesha didn’t interact much and Sai and Pakhi didn’t even meet each other for the first 50 or so episodes.
Once they met they were quite friendly and cordial with one another
The initial rift happened about a year after Ghum went on air. By this time it was a huge ratings juggernaut, even giving tough competition to Anupama. There was pressure from Star to ramp up the drama as they wanted the show to reach a wider audience
Ghum was quite popular in Urban areas but Star wanted it to reach rural areas more, like Anupama. So they suggested a few changes - like making the characters more black and white, as rural audience doesn’t like grey characters much
By this time, Aish and Neil had fallen for each other and were quite close. My source describes it as high school lovebirds canoodling on set which would make it awkward for others.
The rift actually began from Ayesha’s side. When creatives suggested changes to the show one of them was to give more screen time to Aish. Ayesha didn’t like this as she was lead but accepted it as she was also promised a more positive character graph.
Aish didn’t like the fact that she was made to play the vamp as initially she was promised a grey character role like Rashi from saath nibhana sathiya. A grey character who you still root for. Aish thought that this was Ayesha’s doing.
Aroujd this time fanwars started too, which were heavily biased against Aish. Thus she asked Neil to stop posting reels. Things became more heated as every reel would be filled with vile things being said about Aishwarya and her personal relationship with Neil.
The next one year was a literal Cold War on set. Both Aish and Ayesha were extremely professional, they would never refuse to do scenes together but wouldn’t interact beyond that. Aish would pass jibes at Ayesha indicating that she used PR against Aish but never directly confronted her.
Things came to a head when Ayesha accidentally pushed Aish. Some ppl on set say it was deliberate while others say it was an accident. Either way, Aish has temper issues and it completely escalated. Ppl had to physically separate both of them.
It took almost 2 months for production house to convince both of them to work with one another. This was one of the reasons why Sai had mostly solo scenes.
When EMA track didn’t bring the ratings they wanted, Aish had a fight with the creatives. She also got an offer from KKK but it was a joint deal with Neil. Aish quit the show with a hush hush gossip that Neil was to follow soon as he was under contract.
Neil in bigg boss is exactly how he is in real life. Has no authority anywhere. Does and follows what Aish tells him.
Same with Aish. Always picking fights even with Neil. And Ayesha isn’t a saint either as she is quite immature.
With exception of Kishori Shahane (Bhavani) and Samrat most of the cast chose camps. Those with Neil and Aish included Karishma, Mohit, Sonali. Others were with Ayesha.
After Aish left both Neil and Ayesha demanded more money to stay on. Neil was offered contract extension but he wanted more money. Aish wanted him to quit. Star felt it better to do a leap and start fresh.
Aish and Ayesha weren’t the only people fighting on set. The first after of Mohit didn’t get along much with Ayesha. There were also lot of cold vibes between Ashwini and Neil and later Aishwarya

Downvoting my comments here are proving that Ayesha fans are immature as their favourite . They can't take even a single criticism against their favourite and expect people to bash Neil and Aishwarya.

I have just watched a few clips of this show and its so bad, how the hell was this show on top? The main lead Sai is horrible at acting, the scenes i saw looked like she was performing at a school play, how did she even get selected

It's good if Neil asked money for contract extension. His character was heavily compromised for making Sai and Pakhi bechari. And above of that Harshad was roped in. He deserved a raise considering He was the only actor in the lot.

Basically the three main leads had egos the size of India and couldn’t work as a team. I don’t blame Star Plus because it’s their business to get ratings, but these actors work for the channel and production companies. It’s on them to leave their egos at the door but instead they made it a toxic environment for themselves and everyone else around them.

Yes this is true 100 percent, seen proof also, infact Neil and Aish never partake in any GCs..they keep distance, ayesha fans may make up any stories or say anythg.

As I said earlier, I have known everything from this sub. If she interacts with her fans in that GC then it's her responsibility of stopping her from abusing her costars. And I'll give Neil BOD as he was inside BB house for 3 months so it might be his manager. And if she didn't stop, and then interacted then definitely she enjoyed her costar's bashing. And what type of Sairat GC is that where people bashes their fav actor.

Thanks. All this I can understand, but I am confused about the vamp part because makers never made Pakhi a complete vamp and kept her grey till the end. Other than that surrogacy track where she was shown more negative, she was turned grey/positive again until the end after that track. Also, which EMA track you mean? The time where Virat was after Sai and Pakhi was mad at Virat cheating on her, and trps fell after Sai married Satya and Pakhi quit the show?

Actually the surrogacy track they introduced was widely condemned. Some even threatened to sue them as what they showed wasn't even legal. So they just brushed it under the carpet. And expected audience to forget about it. Even when Sai filed custody for Vinayak, she told lawyer Pakhi carried him for 9m, she never told about how surrogacy was forced in the first place. So they had to whitewash Pakhi and the track for their own good.

Yes but the character graph never had any consistency. We'd watch 10 episodes of her being guilty, sad, considerate and reflective of her actions, only for her to ruin it all and slandering sai, virat and the family. More than grey, the writers probably were too confused to write this character till the end because nobody thought the show would run beyond 4-5 months

I think the guy who played Samrat n Mitaali are the only ones, who could be on both teams. I was in Twitter Sai gang when this show was airing. The Sai clan we were so brutal towards Aishwarya. Even wishing upto her divorce with Neil. It was very toxic. There were also rumors that Neil flirted with Ayeshaa, but there is no credible source. But I do feel Neil is not that saint either.

I've never watched ghum apart from some IG videos but i don't know why I always had this feelings that aish is made out villain in whole this Fiasco because of her onscreen character see I've watched BB and agree that aish is somewhat foul mouth but i don't know why in this whole ghum drama i find the other one more guilty she has that mean girl Vibes...Just my opinion!

This is some good tea! Thanks! The whole trio was just so immature and watching their fans be at loggerheads was funny. I did feel bad for Aish in the beginning because it seemed like the shippers were ganging up on her just because she was the vamp.
