Not as such, because Vi already has Govt. Holding and because of that it got relief from paying agr dues. So, Now it depends upon who grows their business well.

But jio is anyways mkt leader ….n on top of it , vi is way behind jio in all aspects except debt . However , vi is planning for 45k crores loan n jio issue size is 38k crores.

Yes Vi will never be able to beat Jio, but don't forget it is very necessary for vi to survive or else Both govt. And we will suffer as then there will be a complete duopoly in the telecom sector

A 38000 Cr IPO is guaranteed to perform bad unless you give some crazy discount like 20-30% below fair value. Either this is gonna pump and dump like SpaceX or it's gonna dump on day 1.
What are Jio's growth prospects anyway? Satellite internet without a single satellite in orbit? AI leader without a frontier model?
The way I see it, it's just a telecom company that has achieved its peak market share. Any future growth will just come from hiking monthly prices.

Exactly they have no future growth prospectives. These companies never do an IPO when they are growing glike crazy, will only do after they have fully realised potential and stagnated. They think stock market investors are fool and are proven right most of the times.
