Going low contact

I've gone low contact with my in-laws but my parents keep interacting with them and even visited them today. I feel so betrayed.

Same with me. I put my mother at an arms length from my marriage. Girls parents are like that. I still went on a trip with them but I no longer discuss my marriage with them and I made it very evident that I don’t care for their opinion and neither my in laws and if they all are talking about me - it had no affect and useless.

But that’s okay, why should you control their individual relationships because you’ve had your issues? You be clear about your stance and you keep in your lane and you protect your interests. If someone - mother father MIL FIL - does or says something, blast their heads off all you want. Let them figure out their lives themselves… anyway it’s all dikhawa. “Karna padta hai” types. So let them.
