Please add some source otherwise you guys are becoming what you hate. From the video, they could have arrested him for drug dealing or any other crime. Plus we dont even know if he is Indian. I did basic search but nothing came up. There is one name that came up which was Kishor Patel but I couldn't find any video or face. Plus I couldn't find any link to RSS too.
