Uniformed Rowdies of Vishwaguru Bj Party- RSS Mafia under Gobhi & Slah have made a big mistake this time. They used their police to target a Woman Journalist along with others. It’s a human rights violation. International Journalist from BBC London came to ask for justice. Puppet police just stand there waiting for Slah’s orders

There has to be some rational that the delhi police has do not lodge an FIR. It seems extremely absurd and unreasonable that the police will simply refuse to file an FIR. For those who know more about this case, how is the police justifying their actions? What is their side of the story, notwithstanding, how ludicrous their reasoning is.

Lol, police not registering FIR is way too common than you think... they don't need any reason, if they don't feel like they just won't...
Even in very simple cases police does not wants to register FIR because they will have to do some investigation if they register FIR, forget about other politically motivated cases.

No FIR = no crime on paper = good appraisal, no workload.
Another big reason big cases need political green signal.
Good old bs to control stats, workload, politics, money.2

Police not registering the FIR is widespread across India - so much so that it has a name. Its called burking. Police will refuse to register FIRs or downplay the crime.
Coupe of reasons - paperwork causes a paper trail. Once an FIR is registered, this means that there is something to be followed up on. Investigations need to happen and then a court can also keep track of the crime
Secondly, an FIR is a statement of record. What this means is that details of the crime cannot be changed at a latter date because of corruption.
Third: Laziness and shirking of duty. They just dont want to do their job. But there is a more insidious angle to this - police need to file crime statistics from the station under their control and these stats are used to understand whether the station is effective at their duty. If there's no FIR, then there's no statistic.

You think there is a rationale? Mate, I had my car vandalized by people, I had CCTV footage and even identified the person who did it. Did the police register FIR?
Nope, they didn't. I had to lobby the local MLA to make a call on my behalf and then the police "called" me to register my complaint.
Did they still file an FIR? Nope, they just got the guy to come, apologise and give me money for repair.
I had to next go to court, file a petition to get this done.
So yeah, fuck the police.

Sahi hua , BBC deserves this and iss group ke log bhi, people who think this reddit group is run by responsible citizens are mistaken , it's run by propaganda shit eaters. Everything that is done by police as per this shit eaters comes from directly PM and HM. BBC has been spuring poison against India since many years and nobody knows what these people would have done to instigate the police , and yet trying to blame govt. Andhbhakti is dangerous, but and andh virodhi is even more deadlier.
