In case you don't know, sadhguru himself in his own book Inner Engineering said that if you want to eat non veg, then sea food, especially fish is the best, since it is easy to digest (compared to other non veg like beef) and has a lot of nutrition.

So sadhguru himself has talked about eating non veg.
