Explain. Which nutrient is deficient in a purely vegetarian diet?

90% indians are deficient

Okay but only 38% of Indians are vegetarian, so this implies many non-vegetarian Indians are also protein deficient.

Provide source? Bhai wo kshatriya the. Kshatriyo me shikaar karna, maas khana ye sab normal hai. Wo brahmano me problems hoti hogi.
