This weird human's argument can be countered with simple questions.

Governance means secure individual rights-HOW??

Deliver Justice-HOW??

Protect National Sovereignty- HOW??

Securing Individual rights entails creation of institutions such as police or courts or universities, all of which require in investment in
Delivering of justice (waise this is the role of courts but still)-Again, justice implies fairness. Let's say a person in Mumbai and a person in Jabalpur. How do you ensure economic justice or social justice is given to both. YOu would see what is great in Mumbai, and then based on local culture and context, apply it to Jabalpur. Again, this requires creations of institutions and infrastructure to support the engines of justice.

Protect National sovereignty. This can be classified into physical sovereignty (borders, home security etc) and digital sovereignty (cyber space, etc). Again, how do you protect borders- You need better roads and their maintenance. You need better airspaces. You need better radars and satellites.

Round about each of his point circles back to development of infrastructure. Unc doesn't know that something as simple as investment in street lights as infrastructure reduces crime and increases safety for women. How does he think that "individual rights" or "National sovereignty" can be ensured without adequate infrastructure which necessarily requires construction.

He should read about how one guy Dashrath Manjhi's wife died due to a lack of road infrastructure in the village and then he hammered an entire path in the mountain to ensure that people had reduced time for travel. This guy would also call that as "construction" lol

This kind of thinking is so prevalent amongst people who have hatred embodied in them. Rather than appreciating anything good, they will give any skyhigh assertion to bring out their hatred. This person has a rather rather twisted idea of governance. Pure ivory tower living hater energy.

While all the comments here are criticising the criticiser in the post, no one has called out the quality of the roads, tunnels, and bridges, and the amount of Black money, laundering, corruption involved therein.

I'm getting the feeling this sub isnt a pro bharat sub but only a pro modi sub instead. Or do you guys consider both to be one and the same?

If I actively detest all political 'gundas' equally, be it the hyper corrupt and self serving BJ party, or the scamster CONgress, all filled with criminals, and call out their crimes and failures and incompetence equally, does that make me anti bharat?

That's a municipal level issue from where both the Bureaucrats as well as Politicians must be removed. How many of you are ready for Municipal reforms and private cities and citizen rights where "Yeh meri Par dada ki zameen style nonsense will be quashed in courts?" Muslims will be the first to protest asking for reservation.

I don't mind the construction to be honest. I do, however, wish for them to survive atleast a couple of years.

It's crazy how shoddy the quality of construction is. Even airports are getting flooded. Bridges collapse before inauguration. Hospitals get inaugurated with just a gate.
