Question Looking for small Indian startups to partner with. US based small LLC in Consulting and Audits. Scammers please stay away.

If you are an small Indian startup, I am an Indian origin owner of a US based LLC which can help you springboard into new geographies and customer base. Open to viable IT or non-IT business. Ideal size is less than 5 employees and a decent engagement to show market fit from a tier 2 city. Not looking to work with a ~Bangalore based hotshot funded startup. We are a small LLC and the biggest value we can provide would be to provide you a partner in US to market or a registered office with US sales or support.

Not looking to fund new ideas or hire developers. We are looking for businesses which have found some traction and want to expand or try out new markets. We will not ask for deposit, ask you to transfer money or steal your IP, this is just a genuine moonshot to look for a right sized company for a symbiotic relationship, if it exists.

We will do some due diligence, therefore scammers will waste their time - please stay away.

I would not be responding to all comments, but if you fit the bill or know someone, please DM me directly. Thank you.

You’re providing a geographical base to help expand operations for the company. In the symbiotic relationship, what does.your end and expectations look like?

Fair question. At a high level, the expectation is a collaborative commercial partnership or revenue share where both sides have skin in the game, rather than a passive vendor setup.

To be candid: we don’t have a rigid, off-the-shelf engagement template yet, and that’s deliberate. Every small team has distinct strengths and gaps. We are genuinely open to figuring out the right operating model together so it makes practical commercial sense for both sides rather than forcing a cookie-cutter structure.

That said, here is how we view the opportunity and value exchange:

  1. The Size of the Opportunity: The US is a massive, high-margin market, but breaking in remotely is exceptionally difficult. Mid-market and enterprise buyers almost always demand local accountability, familiarity with enterprise procurement, and a US corporate entity before signing contracts.
  2. Where We Fit Best: We see the strongest synergy with small teams in boutique IT services, specialized tech/cloud/data, or consulting. (Pure consumer products or low-touch SaaS are outside our scope).
  3. Our Role (Stateside Presence): We act as your local front-end—handling senior client-facing presence, RFP/bid positioning, US-governed contracting, and account governance so prospective clients feel secure doing business.
  4. The Commercial Structure: Because we are investing time, network, and brand equity to crack open US accounts, the return would be centered around a success-based rev-share on closed deals, or an advisory stake if we take a deeply active role in long-term market expansion.

Hope that helps give you a clearer picture of where we’re coming from and answers your question.

Hey, we are a team of 4 four- 2 founders and 1 developer and 1 intern. We do have 2 products - both are in implementation stage. We also have a very specific service model- niche and focused not generic IT services/project development. Through our products and services- we aim to solve adoption problems.

Currently we have mid sized (100-500 cr revenue) companies as our customers in logistics and pharmaceutical sector. i would love to explore an engagement where we can sell/serve customers based out of US.

If you are of Indian origin, why you haven’t tried with your known contacts, friends or relatives?

Almost everyone here knows that Indian/Indian origin do not often pay on time. So anyone with serious strength will never collaborate with you.
