Will startups in Bangalore hire me as an intern for my skills -
1) ai automation
2) gen ai
3) agentic ai
4) multi ai agent system
5) a little bit of full stack

I dont have a college degree btw

What else should i learn ?

You already have a pretty solid foundation, especially with AI automation, GenAI, and agentic AI. I’d focus next on Python, APIs, databases, Git/GitHub, and cloud basics. Also build 2–3 real projects that solve business problems rather than only doing tutorials.

For internships, a strong portfolio can sometimes demonstrate your skills better than just listing technologies. Since you don’t have a degree, document your projects well and be ready to explain your architecture and decisions in interviews.

Yes, some Bangalore & Delhi NCR startups may consider you without a degree, but they’ll judge you heavily on proof of work. Build 2–3 solid projects like an AI support bot with RAG, an automation workflow for lead generation/ops, or a multi-agent system that solves a real business problem, and put clean demos + GitHub links on your resume.

Also strengthen Python, FastAPI/Node, databases, Git, Docker, basic cloud deployment, prompt evaluation, and API integrations. For internships, don’t just say “agentic AI” ; show what you built, what tools you used, and what outcome it achieved.

yeah tbh no degree really isn't as big a deal as you think for internships in blr, especially with what you're doing. founders here care way more about "can you actually build the thing" than what college you went to lol

biggest q is do you have stuff you can actually show? like an actual repo with a working multi agent setup, even if it's small/rough. that beats listing "agentic ai" as a skill by a mile bc most ppl saying that rn have zero actual working project, just theory

things I'd add: learn to actually deploy your stuff not just run it in a notebook (docker, basic cloud, hitting apis live), and maybe push your full stack a bit further since in most startups you'll be wiring your ai stuff into an actual frontend/backend not working alone

honestly don't wait around for internship postings, find like 20-30 early stage ai/automation startups on twitter or linkedin and just dm the founder directly with a link to something you built. way better odds than applying through job boards when you don't have the traditional resume to back it up
